What time do we open?
You can break records at the world’s largest aquapark every day of the year. The park is open from 10:00 to 18:30.
Are there any age restrictions?
Most rides and marine experiences have minimum age or height requirements. Children under 2 enter free. Some attractions require a minimum height (for example ~1.2 m) or minimum age; participants in marine experiences under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking at the aquapark?
If you arrive by car, please park at the Aquaventure parking lot. To access the parking, turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel leading to Atlantis, The Palm. From there, a shuttle will take you to the Aquaventure ticket office, where your adventure begins!
Is there a dress code?
Yes — swimwear is required. Acceptable swimwear includes standard swimsuits, rash guards, swim shorts and approved swimwear such as Speedo or burkini. Non-swim clothing (e.g., jeans, long cotton shirts/trousers, abaya) is generally not permitted on slides and some attractions.
Does the aquapark provide towels and lockers?
Lockers and towels are available on‑site for an additional fee (in the standard waterpark). For the Dolphin Dip & Play experience, towels and locker access are included.
How long does it take to visit all the attractions at the aquapark?
There’s no exact official time — it depends on queues and how many attractions you want to do. Most guests plan a full day to experience the park (day pass = one full day access). If you want to try many major rides, allow a full day or more.
What is included in the Dolphin program?
Dolphin experiences (e.g., «Dolphin Dip & Play» / Dolphin Encounter) typically include a briefing, supervised time in waist-deep water with the dolphins, and guidance from marine specialists. Wetsuits or neoprene vests are provided when required; participants should arrive in appropriate swimwear and be ready to get wet. Marine experiences require completion of health/consent forms and are conducted in English.
What should I wear to meet the dolphins?
To meet the dolphins, you should wear swimwear underneath — wetsuits are provided (and optional) for the experience. There are changing rooms and showers, as well as towels and lockers available for participants.
